Jim Slowin has worked in every role in the restaurant industry, from server to VP of Operations. With over 20 years of experience, he is a recognized expert in people strategy, operations, and leadership development for hospitality and franchise brands. Jim is a Co-Founder of Slowin Ortiz Leadership (SOL), where he uses science-based tools like the Predictive Index to help organizations hire better, reduce turnover, and develop leaders at all levels.
He also co-founded Stella Trainer in 2013, focusing on practical, effective restaurant training solutions. With these two companies, Jim’s work centers on helping companies execute core operational fundamentals: hiring the right people and training them well.
